i’m a virgin 18 year old boy and only a couple months from graduation, and I already have the community college selected that i want to go to. it’s pretty small, only around 7,0 students. i’ve only been in one relationship but haven’t made any sexual contact. now that i’m single my senior year i’m wondering if i should date girls now while still in high school or not.
part of me wants to lose my v-card already and want to commit with someone, but another part of me wonders if i’ll be missing out on the opportunities of meeting new people in college by already having somebody. should i date girls while i’m still in high school or should i hold off until i go to college?
also a related question, what should I do with my virginity? should I hold it off for someone that I’m in a relationship with or should I try to have a one night stand with somebody or something? i’m definitely thinking of holding it off until i’m in a committed relationship, but a part of me just so curious.

What’s the rush? If you have sex just to get it over with, you’re still going to be wondering what the big deal is when you’re done. Same goes for dating just because you feel like you need to date. If you meet someone you really want to go out with, give it a shot. If you don’t, then wait. Nobody’s pushing you to commit or get experience but you.
