It’s just a silly popularity contest, so I imagine that anyone who wears whatever is ‘in’ and dates the most boys should suffice.

Homecoming queens are not royalty, and neither are drag queens, prom queens, scene queens, drama queens, Dairy Queens, and Burger Kings. Can you understand the difference, or do you need further clarification?

Post in the correct forum for a start. I suggest you talk to former homecoming princesses about how they got the votes to win. Some would be good looks and some popularity, a bit of both would help. There is always other fashion contests if you don’t win this so don’t worry or if your intelligent you could be a politician.
