You can’t figure that out by voltage. Solar panels are sized by watts, so you will need to see how many watts all of the things you intend to run use, and then multiply that by the number of hours that you intend to run that item. This will be your usage in Watt hours, and a solar panel will produce a little less than the size of the panel in watts times 4 to 6 hours a day of sunlight depending on where you live.

You need to know what the amp load you need is first .Most solar panels are 12 volt. A 1 foot square will charge a car battery , but it take a long time.
