Ok I have device that needs DSL internet to work. However I use my phone as a wireless modem via USB cable to my computer and or I can WIFI it as well. What I am trying to do is connect this ethernet DSL device to my wireless Internet I get on my cell phone. What ever I need to buy to allow this DSL device to work I will buy. The instructions say that it has to plug into a DSL router or DSL modem. Whats my options?

It depends on what the device is. If it’s wireless broadband (cellular internet modem), you need a wireless broadband router. If it’s a wifi-capable cellphpone, you need only a wifi signal – whether it’s from DSL or cable is irrelevant.
