hiya, see a solicitor and he will sort your divorce out then try and get your child back to you.only a solicitor can do this.good luck.
Starting the divorce process
Once you have filled in a petition, which you can get from a solicitor, some stationers, or the HM Courts Service website, take it to a divorce county court or to the Principal Registry of the Family Division in London.
On the form you’ll have to explain why you want a divorce. You cannot start divorce proceedings unless you have been married for one year.

file for a divorce and seek access to your son also at same time but i can not see you getting full custody due to the mother being the majority care giver unless she a risk to your son i.e. drugged up all day every day etc and if she does good with your son then you can have access, if lucky 50% custody. that all can ask for in such cases!
