This guy at school has liked me since last year. However I had a long-term relationship going , and have just come out of it the past two months. Now I’m in this unofficial thing with another guy who I’ve loved for 2 years and just been so nervous to just go after him.
Anyway. I feel so bad because I have absolutely no interest in this guy who has just asked me out via text. It’s so obvious I don’t like him and Im all gaga over the other guy. he even knows it but yet he’s asked me out. I’m trying to avoid a possible awkward situation because he’s on my bus. However my new guy can drive me to school so it shudn’t be an issue.
How can I turn him down in a polite way?(wording?)

I just went through the same situation. Just tell him that you are flattered that he likes you, but you are involved with someone else. Or just simply tell him that you don’t see him in that way. If you choose kind words and sound caring, it normally lets them down easier.
