How do i fix my social life?

ok so i have a list of problems generally linked with one-another. these include
-not understanding the yes and no’s of social activity
-no hobbies whatsoever
-no friends, as in talks to people in school, but never has anyone to hang out with
-i’m still pretty popular, so i have to act like i hang out with people, and don’t fit in with nerds
-i’m keeping all my grades up and stuff, so i don’t fit in bad kids
-too awkward to talk to anyone at lunch; it’s like i’m fine in classrooms for some reason (of course not when it comes to getting into groups for projects and stuff)
-i want popular friends, i know it sounds cruel, but i am being true to myself here
*AND LASTLY*
-i’m somewhat afraid of people (not shy!) ; (long story short) last year i got a friend who ended up matching the definition of a psychopath, i was manipulated, lied to constantly, and became socially distorted. so i think the recovery from the distortion led to all of these problems. please help!

    First: walk/exercise for an hour daily. No matter what.
    Second: eat healthily
    Third: get good sleep.
    Fourth: have a good relationship with yourself (do things you enjoy – take up hobbies which get your creative juices flowing)
    Fifth: put urself first, family second, friends 3rd.
