  • wake up one morning no bottles in site give her a sippy cup it will take a day or two but it works

Source(s): my 11 year old bottle broke at 11 months my 2 year old broke at 11 months and hopefuly my 6 month old will be broke by then too

  • Feed her a lukewarm bottle of milk with a little bit of cooked farina (“Cream Of Wheat”) in it. Do this every 2nd or 3rd feeding. Prepare the cereal VERY thinly at first, almost all milk. Make the subsequent bottles a teeny bit less thin and watch how she tolerates it. If she is OK with it (a few days at least), you may be able to introduce her to some very soft foods and move her food interests from the bottle to spoon feeding or a sippy cup.

Of course, this is just one of several strategies to use, and works better with some babies than others.

  • Get her a drip-free sippy cup, then gradually give her a regular cup; Also, no pacifiers if she is constantly using one. Hope that helps
