How do I know if my hamster Is happy and healthy?

I clean him out once a week, that means replacing water, bedding, food, sawdust, and also cleaning everything including tubes, cage, food bowl, house in warm, soapy water.
I only replace water once a week
I let him out in his exercise ball every day
I spend time with him
I carry him
I take him to the vet to have nails trimmed etc.
I replace food when I clean him out
I feed him regular hamster food and treats like carrots, apples, beans etc.

you need to have fresh water everyday! food twice a week! and once a week place the bottle and its lid in boiling soapy water to get rid of germs
