I tried avg i tried sophos..how else do i get rid if it. How do i reinstall my OS.or re format my laptop an i going to loose all my stuff.can u give me detailed information thank you

  • IF you want to reformat your OS, back up the files you wanted to save into USB drivers or into extra HDD storage. Thats one way to save your files or IF you want to get rid of the whole files and install a clean OS version then this is the steps.
    (this step is only if you don’t have the CD)
    1. Depending on what model you have, go toward your manufacturer website; dell, hp, sony, lenovo, etc.

    2. Download the files that is require for the new OS. For example, windows 7 needs different files than windows vista or 8 or XP.

    3. Download the OS version (pirated) from online searching. ( I have OS version ranging from windows XP to 8, wish I can help you, but its illegal) You can either purchases it.

    4. Once you have download the OS or purchases it. Run it and follow the steps.

    Now if you DON’T want to do all that reformat OS and just wanted to remove the I worm brontok vi

    3. GET A BETTER ANTI VIRUS protect. AVG is not the best nor the worst. GET Norton or Avast Internet Security. Also get Malwarebytes. This way you have Norton and Malwarebytes or Avast and Malwarebytes. Which is good protection from virus or any type of malware. Also depending on what browsers you are using. Use Google chrome or Firefox.
