Would MSE with Windows 7 Firewall be good enough protection or….(read below)?

Would Microsoft Security Essentials, Windows 7 Firewall, and Malwarebytes Professional be sufficient protection OR Would AVG Internet Security 2013 with Malwarebytes Professional (which are compatible) be better? I would also use Secunia, which is a free software which checks for updates for other software, with either AVG or MSE. Also, just note that I don’t mind paying for AVG, I just heard that MSE w/ Windows 7 firewall works well also. Thanks in advance. 🙂

  • That is perfectly fine for an average computer user. If you want to buy an antivirus, i would recommend norton antivirus (about $20 on ebay).

    if you need best and trusty protection i suggestion purchase and use :

    Trend Micro , symantec or webroot .
    Also always use only one security software .

  • MSE is a great antivirus,use it with malwarebytes and common sense and you won’t have a problem

  • go for avg or avast. I would say a big NO to MSE as i have used it earlier and had my computer filled with undetected viruses
