Just to stay busy and try and enjoy others things. To be honest I never got over a unrequited love that was 8 years ago

Put your mind on something useful. Seriously, it truly helps when you do stuff for other people.
It’s such a cliché, but it really does help in getting past the tough thoughts lingering in your head.
