How many people know Robbie Rage who was tag team partner with Kenny Kaos?
What titles did he win.
What shows was he in (WCW, smack down, tan etc. ?)
Was he good?
Could he have gone big if he hadn’t quit?

I heard about this guy and know a little bit about him, but would like to know more.

  • They were a tag team called High Voltage, which was a pretty generic name and gimmick for the time. Robbie Rage never one a title in a major promotion, he wrestled for WCW and was occasionally on Nitro and Thunder, but he and Kaos were mainstays on WCW Saturday Night and their syndicated shows like WCW Pro.

    He wasn’t a particularly great wrestler, but he wasn’t terrible either, his ring work was average, his mic skills were presumably unimpressive as his promos were few and far between, and he wasn’t the most charismatic wrestler around. It’s unlikely he would’ve been a main eventer for a big promotion, he has a good look/build, but his mic skills weren’t up to par, and he didn’t have the *it* factor that the great ones have.

  • I saw Rage and Kaos as Tag Team Wrestlers for WCW. They were a Mid-Leval Tag Team who never got a real push in WCW. Over the years, you saw them Wrestle on WCW’s Sydicated Shows, WCW Saturday Night, WCW Monday Nitro and other WCW Programs. I thought WCW could have done more with Rage and Kaos than they did with them. To me they had a great combination of size, strength, agility and Athleticism, but WCW was so deep in Tag Teams during that era. They never rose to the level of The Steiners, Harlem Heat, The Road Warriors, Sting and Lex Lugar, Public Enemy, The Faces of Fear and a number of Tag Teams. I never saw them win any Titles in WCW. If they won Championships they were in other Professional Wrestling Promotions.
