How many stocks should a young investor divide his investment on his first stock trade…?

If I only wanted to trade 10–would it be bad splitting that among 2 solid stocks? MSFT and PG I had in mind.

  • It is not a smart ideal to invest directly in stocks with only $10. You should rather consider investing in diversified ETFs with this amount.
