There is a restaraunt in town that I was going to apply for. It is a spanish food restaraunt that is moderately expensive and can get very busy some nights. About how much would I make per hour (wage+tips)?

No way anyone here could know, without knowing how much in tips is typical and what any tip-sharing arrangements are at that particular restaurant.
