Been mentally and physically destroyed because of the uglyness i have i have a great outter personality and very outgoing i hate for others to think im hurt i wait till im alone and stuff like right now to jus have the feelings ive felt all day from the mean mugs, dirty stares. Verbal torture one day i was getting verbal abuse so bad from about 8 other people that it was just burning my stomach and i felt fatigued and could barely walk then got home and let it allllll out had a spliting headache threw up about 4 times and crawed to bed….back to the question how to build selfesteem from this situation please serious answers only
