i have pool that is half way empty, no one wants to go in it to pull the plug because its disgusting and now the top water is frozen, is there any trick to the trade to empty this without putting holes in it? theres a plug on the outside which we can screw off but theres a plug on the inside also.

how we drain out pool is we use a long hose and suck all the air out of it and it should start siphoning it out. make sure the end that’s inside the pool is deep enough.
i agree with kenn i would avoid using your mouth to siphon, a vacuum perhaps
