most people want their breasts smaller because they are like, a J cup or something around that size, but I just want to be flat. Their annoying and they stand out too much. I’m not even an A cup and I do not want them going any bigger. So. Any ways, is there anything to make them flat without drugs or surgery? Or maybe just drugs? Also, may I ask, are there any other girls out there that think the same way? Thanks.

I don’t think there’s a way to make them smaller. Maybe wear a sports bra (or bra less) which may make you look smaller. I am also almost flat chested too (AA cup) but I wish mine would grow, but everyone thinks differently I guess..

Sadly,apart from surgery, there is no way to make breasts smaller – unless you count weight loss, which should make all of you smaller DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LOSE WEIGHT IF YOU ARE AT THE BOTTOM OF YOUR HEALTHY WEIGHT RANGE!
You can make them appear smaller with minimiser bras (sports bras would probably be the best option in your case) or binding.
You don’t say how old you are. If your breasts have just started developing I am not surprised that you don’t want them, I didn’t either. Women who want gender reassignment typically have their breasts removed altogether by surgery. Some people who are into extreme body modification want to remove their nipples.
Breast development can be confronting – you’ve got used to your shape when you are a child and it starts changing suddenly and in ways you cannot control. Depending upon your personal cultural background this visible evidence of sexual development can signal a decrease in your personal freedom or it can make you feel that you are “growing bad” because female sexuality is “bad”.
