How to make the mango seed into an ice lolly?

On tv my dad saw something about making the inside of a mango a lolly and freezing it. Neither of us can find on the Internet how it’s done though! If anyone has any ideas that would be appreciated a lot! Thank you xxx

I think it will be a mess to lick/eat if you freeze the mango seed (which is pretty big to hold) into an ice lolly. You can puree the mango flesh and put into ice lolly trays to freeze as ice lolly or you can make a sherbet out of the pureed mango flesh then use the mango skin as a mold for your sherbet even ice cream *
