Hi I would like to know what steps should I take to create:
1. A website
2. create an graphical app and place it on the website
3. have a cart on the website for options to buy product (make it secure)
4. make deals with manufacturers in order make profit (from people using my app to buy their products)
or better yet
1 arrange contact the manufactures
2. present app
3. no getting ripped off.
4. protect application from being used by the manufactures ie stealing my idea.

If you aren’t much into coding and want to learn I suggest finding some Lynda.com tutorials and start there.
But if you don’t want to learn how to code and just want to get started right away I suggest using something like Joomla and VirtueMart.
It sounds like you’re quite new to online marketing and sales so I would also recommend finding some training videos by Eben Pagan, Frank Kern, Jeff Walker… etc.
You’re embarking on a long journey of learning, where it may be possible to get a store up and running within 48 hours online. It will take you weeks, months and years to hone your craft and really understand all the fundamentals involved.

If you are the owner and want to earn profits then i would recommend you to get it developed by a website designer. As if you learn it yourself the time you would spend specializing in this field the opportunity cost would be the time and money you could have earned doing the marketing.
Free CMS applications are good but at the end of the day they are not custom built! once u expand you’ll require to change your CMS…therefore why not today get a custom built CMS portal!..
secondly i am not discouraging you from not learning from free tutorials but its better to do what your good at…to gain knowledge is not bad at all! but do such experiments in a free time.
