i try to always stay home, it is very painful emotionally cos a lot of girls are taller than me and guys tower over me… 5’6″ is very short and i constantly compare my height with guys

STOP comparing yourself to others. My hubby was 6’5″ & he found it very painful because he towered over others!!! I’m tall for the females in my family & most of my female friends & I’m 5’4″; so you’re 2″ taller than me & 4-6″ taller than a good portion of my gfs’s. My bff is 5’10” & she just married a guy who is 5’2″. I think your paranoia is creating a dangerous environment for you!!! IF you don’t put yourself out there, you’ll NEVER meet the girl of your dreams!!! When it comes to love, height does NOT matter because it’s the person inside you that counts!!!
I used to date a guy who was 5’0″ & I really liked him for a while. What broke us up was his “little man syndrome”. He was always telling me that he wasn’t worthy because he was short. He was ALWAYS picking fights with bigger guys just to prove he was mean. I loved him short & I knew he was man enough for me; but I couldn’t deal with HIS insecurities!!! So, WAKE UP & be the man you are supposed to be & forget about your height!!! Tom Cruise is 5’6″ & EVERY woman in the world would give their right arm for a date with him!!!

eat kosher food and do physical exercise regularly to raise confidence and rest on sabbath.
that may reduce jealousy and more able to be happy with life as it is given.
no need to look upward and communicate with taller person if there’s no need.
theoretically heart pumps blood to extremities, if the body isn’t so large/big, then blood circulation is fast and life is in the blood (according to cev bible, that’s why israelites don’t eat blood), if blood circulation is fast then that must mean life is good
