I have an HP notebook running vista which can't connect to my wireless network, what is the correct type?

Tried changing the security type from ‘WPA2-personal’ to ‘WPA-personal’ and the encryption type from AES to TKIP. It now gives me the option to connect but the connection fails

  • There might desire to be a button on the very real/front area of your laptop to alter this on/off. verify it is on. in the experience that your prompt service isn’t perfoming, pass to the administration panel, internet connections, and then troubleshoot the topic. BTW: In some areas that’s confusing to get linked or they might have a susceptible sign. sturdy success!
