I have found the best building in a town that has NO night life. I want to buy the place and start a night club but I’m green to all of this. What do I need to do and know before I run a successfull nightclub?

Job One:
Get experienced professionals in there to give you ideas how much money it will cost to renovate to your liking.
Job Two:
While Job One is ongoing, seek financing.
Job Three:
Obtain Liquor License. During this phase, you will find out if the building is too close to schools and churches.
Job Four:
Seek business insurance, and expect the prices to be outrageous…sigh…the cost of doing business.
Job Five:
Shoot self in foot, kick self in butt, something along these lines, for opening and running a successful bar is hard, hard work, not to mention the environment you will have to work in.
