I owe money to chase. A couple months ago they sent me a letter. it said it was a collection agency. I lost the letter. And now idk what agency it was. I dont want the amount to keep,going up. What collection agency does chase use?

Check your credit reports for free (all 3) once a year at
Annual Credit Report.com
The collection agency will be listed in at least 1 or the 3 reports
Don’t fall for getting the score. Useless for what you need to do, and it costs money
Well, call Chase and ask for the number of the collection agency.
Be sure to get a settlement letter confirming the amount owed before you pay.
FYI: If this was for a checking account, then you’ve probably been reported to ChexSystems, which is the national bad check bank account.
