I started working at this nursing home and I have been told the African American workers get paid a dollar more than the Hispanic workers and I was wondering and it is not because of work experience because I have work experience and others that get paid more many it’s their first job. And there are many Spanish speaking residents so I thought maybe we would get paid more. I was wondering why would that be why would they get paid more than me?

If you can prove that they are paying based on race, then you contact the EEOC http://www.eeoc.gov/ and possibly your state board that supervises discrimination laws.
But, you better damn well be able to prove this, not just going off gossip and rumors from disgruntled employees.
