I am working with private sector bank and undergoing probation period
Now I want to resign as am getting better job oppurtunity with another bank
but as around 70 days of unavailed leaves are still to be availed by me I want to ask
Whether they can be encashed(even in probation period) if i resign now?
What if Company terminates my appointment?

Encashment of leave is permitted for 30 days when you avail LFC once in 4 years or on superannuation upto 240 days.In all other cases it is not permitted even in private bank.If your bank terminates your appointment again you are not entitled coz you are under probation.
There is no hard and fast rule in private banks on this.
All depends on the relationship at the time of departure.
