I’m lap swimming for an hour and a half 5days a week. I’m 5’4 and 145 pounds and Im trying to tone up while at the same time get ready for swim season.
If I’m just now starting, how long does it normally take a person my size to notice a difference?

How far are you doing in an hour?
Under 2km, months.
2-3km, weeks
Over 3km – weeks, but longer than the 2-3km, cus you are in shape.
probably like 2 weeks to a month it all varies
