I just want know a couple of things- why hasn’t Floyd just fought Manny and whooped his *** already if Manny ain’t sh*t?
What you guys say is inconsistent with Floyd’s actions to require a blood test.
Floyd’s last blood test was 18 days before his fight against Mosley, but yet he won’t except 14 day cutoff from Pacquaio?

The whole point of random testing is just that, it’s random. Whether you are tested one time or a thousand times leading up to a fight, it’s the fact that you have to be ready for a test (at any given moment) that keeps you from taking something illegal.
Mosley and Floyd’s last test was eighteen days out, but they had no way of knowing that. It’s all a mindf*ck, which is why it’s considered the best testing out there.
I kinda agree with you here. At first the ball was in Manny’s court because in the first negotiations Manny and Bob Arum refused to submit to the olympic style testing that Floyd was proposing. But now that both Pacquiao and Bob Arum have come forth publicly and said that Manny is willing to submit to any testing, now it’s in Mayweather’s hands.
I think after the third Marquez fight (assuming Pacquiao wins) there will be a 3rd negotiation between Floyd’s camp and Manny’s camp. If not, I think it’s Mayweather’s fault for not making this fight happen now that Pacquiao has stated that he is willing to do any test (why Pacquiao didn’t say this a year ago is still beyond me).
The blood test 18 days before the Shane Mosley fight wasn’t a planed cut off date, the possibly of having testing up until the fight was still there, Mosley still agreed to have testing with no cut off date.
You get so many fans that want to bring up the fact that the testing for the Mosley fight stopped 18 days prior like it was planed that way. Shane Mosley still agreed to random testing with no cut off date, its just by coincidence the testing stopped 18 days before the fight. Nice try, but they didn’t have Mosley-Mayweather didn’t have a cut off date.
