we have sex almost every day n now planning for baby so if we have sex every day the sperm quailty becomes thin and in this case if i want a baby n the sperm is thin will it affect the unborn baby

It is best if your partner has a rest every couple of days as it increases the quality and amount of the sperm. good luck
If the sperm is weak it won’t make it so there won’t be fertilisation occurring. If it gets there then it gets there. Its the dna that affects the baby.
