you get periods on the pill but they are fake ( not a real period)

You just asked this question and got several good answers. Looking at some of your questions from earlier today, it looks like you are panicking over nothing.
You got your normal bleed.
You did not have sex.
WHY do you think you’re pregnant?
If you can’t stop obsessing, do a pregnancy test.
You should not get an actual ‘period’ if you are pregnant. Some women have a little bit of bleeding around the time that there normal period would happen. I never had this happen but my coworker did for a few months so she didn’t know she was pregnant until almost her 4th month.
