This has been on for a little over 16 hours so far. I can hear it fizzing however it has only just started showing some airlock bubbles. It is an alcotec 5l vodka kit 20%, now im making the wash. I sterilized everything before, but then rinsed it off. Please can you tell me if it is fermenting as it should be, or does it have an infection? There are creamy bubbles on the lid, and a creamy paste down the side. As i have never done this before i have no idea what it should look like.
