Is the world going to end today? – May/21/2011?

Well, this is all based on a man, Mr. Camping, and his followers that spin predictions that stem from bible verses like 2 Peter 3:8, but if you read on to 2 Peter 3:10 the bible reads: But the day of the Lord will come like a thief. So in my opinion, no this is not what is going to happen. 2 Peter 3:8 reads: But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day. So, they are basically establishing a timeline from the time of Noah, until now which is 7,0 years. I don’t believe it at all. But, i am a saved, baptized Christian, maybe not by other Christians standards, but i figure we all have our own way of getting to Heaven through our individual journey through this life with him as our companion. That is what i believe, if I love The Lord with all my heart, soul, mind, and body, and love my fellow human, regardless of their circumstance or choices, or what they have done to me, and treat people like i would like to be treated, confess my sins as i realize them, then I am good. I believe that to be true for everyone, although not everyone has this same belief.

NO. the guy claimed it ought to hit the international everywhere it became 6 P.M. ought to 21, 2011. problem is, like 1/2 the international is already waking up and for them this is ought to 22, 2011. those doomsday theories are idiotic. It gained’t ensue in 2012 both. So the mayan calendar ends. So what? The mayan civilization died off how formerly?

To the prophets that predict the world is coming to an end today you should be shame because the God i know is coming like a thief in the night it man knew when the world comes to an end there would be no need for HELL my God made heaven and hell so be also ready because some one is going to fall by the wayside which is hell

so no the world is not ending dont believe what you hear in the news about this particular subject

To be honest, no, the world will not end today. If it does, then it’s only a coincidence that God chose this day as judgment day. The reason I say this is because it says in the bible, “No one knows the day or hour when these things will happen, not even the angels in heaven or the Son Himself. Only the Father knows.” -Mark 13:32 You shouldn’t listen to what man says, but listen to what God says. The world could end today, yes, if God said. But, He can also say it will end in three weeks, five months, even six years! So, don’t listen to what the news people say, or to what people say. It isn’t true. What GOD says is true. As it says in the bible, “And since you don’t know when that time will come, be on guard! Stay alert!” -Mark 13:33

Nooooooo don’t worry about it. Me and my friend were curious too and only found out about it 2day aswell. We researched it and what it is is an 89 year old man (religious) named Harold Camping has taken on board his religious knowledge and come to a conclusion that the world will end by a flood today. He said something like it is a certain amount of years since noahs ark and to get that (digit) number of years from then and now you multiply 3 certain numbers which connect to his views on the world’s end, I didn’t really understand it but that’s pretty much what we got. But don’t worry, soooooo many things like this have been mentioned before and none of them have came true. If it was so true we’d all be on a big ark by now sailing down the river singing ‘so long, farewell, auf wiedersein, goodbye ….;)’ :L:L

Oh and also me and my friend went on the internet home page or something earlier and it said what they said it was going to do to one country hasn’t happened:):)

Trust me, it’ll all be fine. I’m really quite supersticious and would normally believe in these sort of queries but I don’t. If you want to research it yourself I think you would have to type ‘Harold Camping’ in on google or something or ’21st may’.

No it is not! Believe in god! I am catholic nd i belive that no human can tell whether were going to die or not! No offense but the ppl who started this the world is going to end nonsense is stupid! All these scientists said this stuff since the 90’s! and guess what! WERE STILL ALIVE! So i think everybody should just stop freaking out because we dont know **** about when the world is gonna end. God only knows that answer.

People say that nothing can make the world end but to be honest soon as they is an earthquake that shakes the whole world which will then set of yellow stone national park ( a volcano which is bigger than the U.K ) this will then erupt so high it will cover the whole world and if it doesn’t kill ever one the first time it will become an active volcano and will keep erupting so at any point it can happen so they is no point in pin pointing when we are or are not going to die. its natures cause what happens happens…

If your so curious about it, just wait on your couch at 5:59 PM, look out the window, and once it hits 6: PM. You can type on the internet and confirm, but it won’t matter, because the world would of ended by that time.

it’s 4:50 am sunday morning right now

in new zealand, and they’re all perfectly fine. ( currently 12:50 pm, may 21, est. )

so don’t get yourself worked up because the world

isn’t going to end today. only for those whose time has come.

Everyone is crazy for believing these rumors. The only who will EVER know if and when the world will come to an end is God. At 6: tonight I will be with my family like I am every night. For those of you who believe this stuff…get some help. You really need it.
