It could also be spontaneous.
irresponsible or spontaneous. It’s irresponsible if it’s a pattern of behavior whose effects are detrimental in their life and those who depend on this individual to have it together. It’s a nice trait if someone isn’t always on a plan and can be creative or spontaneous. You don’t want to be neurotically obsessed with a plan, nor do you want to be a wall flower without purpose, virtue is somewhere in between.
