hi i was on my way back home when as i turned the corner there was a man in a car i was behind him and as we came up to a junction he indicated to turn left (i can’t prove that) so me (on my bike) went to not go round him as well not as such because he had already started turning left but then as i was half way passed he span his car a full 360 and went straight into me he then moved his car out of the way of me (so obviously on the photos it doesn’t look like he had done a 360 so i was just wondering is this 50/50 or is this just his fault?? thankyou.

A likely 50/50 unless you have any witnesses or appeal for CCTV footage. Sometimes the local council has coverage of the area on camera. I would also be tempted to knock on anyone’s door if it was a residential area to ask if they saw anything. Otherwise, sorry to hear about it, it bites and good luck getting it all sorted. Use as much detail as you can to describe something like this to the insurance company, use maps, street view maps, and depict it all as accurately as possible. Don’t be put off by the one-box one-page diagram page, additional information is always useful in something like this.
