Ive had a crash that wasnt my fault…?

hi i was on my way back home when as i turned the corner there was a man in a car i was behind him and as we came up to a junction he indicated to turn left (i can’t prove that) so me (on my bike) went to not go round him as well not as such because he had already started turning left but then as i was half way passed he span his car a full 360 and went straight into me he then moved his car out of the way of me (so obviously on the photos it doesn’t look like he had done a 360 so i was just wondering is this 50/50 or is this just his fault?? thankyou.

  • A likely 50/50 unless you have any witnesses or appeal for CCTV footage. Sometimes the local council has coverage of the area on camera. I would also be tempted to knock on anyone’s door if it was a residential area to ask if they saw anything. Otherwise, sorry to hear about it, it bites and good luck getting it all sorted. Use as much detail as you can to describe something like this to the insurance company, use maps, street view maps, and depict it all as accurately as possible. Don’t be put off by the one-box one-page diagram page, additional information is always useful in something like this.

what should I do about hitting a car?

I got into a fender bender about a month ago and the girl didn't file a police report or anything because I don't have insurance, I told her I would pay her what the estimate was. Well I just found out around a month later that the estimate was around . I was not all in fault and her friends were driving her uncles car and parked in the middle of the parking lot...that's why I backed into it. Anyways after a month has gone by and I told her I would pay her in october can they even do anything legally anymore?? Just wondering. She can take you to small claims court. Since you were driving without insurance, which is illegal, they will likely come after you harder, even if you feel it isn't totally your fault. Try making payments. She really cut you a break. Consider it you get out of jail free card, literally. Don't try to screw her over for doing something nice for you.Ok you hit a parked car so you are at fault. You are uninsured, so you cant file a claim on your policy. You have options; ; Go to a repair shop, tell Read more

Favorite AnswerRead and follow these instructions:http://bmwmotorcycletech.info/newbattery.htmMonitoring a battery's acceptance of a charge can be done in two ways: . With a D.C. voltage meter: This involves a expensive meter and a great deal of time. Charge the battery for a set amount of time: anywhere from to hours, let the battery rest for one hour check the electrical state of charge. repeat the cycle until there is no increase in D.C. voltage. This is the Maximum amount of energy the batter will accept. . Get a battery hygrometer. Get a cheap plastic one with the movable pointer. This should be about $ and will involve exposure to harmful battery acid. Get a sheet of paper and in a location that will not matter if surfaces are damaged hook your battery up for a charge. Write the specific gravity number down on three different cells every hour. When there is no increasing specific gravity numbers for one hour that is the maximum energy that your battery will accept....stop charging it.
