Got roof lights installed on my 23 chevy 25HD their is 5 of them and the middle keeps burning out today at the shop that did it the middle didnt work after they installed them so they checked the wiring and it was all good it was the bulb that burnt out they replaced it free so I paid and drove home them went out for 40 minutes tonight for a joy ride and to turn on my new roof lights then I noticed when I stopped to snap a pic for Facebook the middle went out again! Why?

The light in the middle would get the roughest ride due to the flexing of the support bar and would be the most likely light to be damaged by the vibration.
See if you can find a beefier support bar for your lights and I suspect that this problem will be solved.
Defective lamp, replace it
