Could I be pregnant? How soon can a woman tell without taking an at home pregnancy test?

I am no longer experiencing bloating in my stomach or constipation. Just a “stinging” feeling after I urinate in the mornings that goes away about 1 hour later. Drinking LOTS of water and cranberry juice, that helps.
No symptoms of early pregnancy.
I am afraid to go to the doctor to get a urine test for fear that my mother finds out that I am “sexually active” (by that, I mean that my boyfriend pleasures me (does not penetrate me)). If I take a urine test, I don’t want any results to be positive for a UTI AND pregnancy!
I am also waiting for my period to come today. If not today, then sometime this week.
Any advice you can give me? Anything helps! Please and thank you so much!

Given that you said your boyfriend didn’t “penetrate” you, you aren’t pregnant.
