and i dont know what we need to do we have a church picked out but we havent set a date yet because of him being illegal and its a big set back and we have been togther for a year i dont know what to do and what papers we need and all that fun stuff so some one please help us

okay so no he didnt do any thing with the law he is from mexico so he is and illega immagrant .

He’s illegal? An immigrant or he violated the law? Obviously it’s nothing anybody can help if he violated the law except time or moving out of the country if you’re willing. Check with a lawyer about it but I thought that by marrying a citizen he could easily be granted legal status here.

Go to the nearest immigration center, and tell them that you are his fiance and sponsoring him b/c you two are planning to get married, normally they will hand you a list of documents needed. He can get this from his embassy, and normally they will not sent him home if theres no problem.
Why would you want to marry someone, who thinks it’s just fine to break the law? You better start thinking with your brain, instead of your heart.
You still can marry him and help him get a green card.
