I was thinking if it would be okay if when I play infield that I can throw 3/4 of my arm. Not side arm, but 3/4. It feels more comfortable and I feel like I release the ball quicker. Would be alright if I did, I always warm up throwing over the top and when I pitch too

You should jerk off more. That will improve your throw.
