They are using a domain name registration proxy to conceal the owner info, The 11 month old site seems to be using all U.S. services, but has the earmarks of a small time player unlikely to have access to the real thing. I would not send money to a site with only a contact form on their Contact Us page, no phone, street address or even an email address.
