  • Since you’ve got the ingredients done.. Here’s the right procedure to cook your tenderloin in the oven

–Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a heavy skillet heat oil and melt butter. When hot, add meat and brown on all sides. Remove from pan; then add celery, carrots, onions, and mushrooms.
Saute until slightly limp. Add wine; cook 5 minutes, then sprinkle on flour. Cook 2-3 minutes; add stock. Cook to thicken; season with salt and pepper.

Place meat in baking dish; pour vegetable mixture over top. Cover and bake in preheated 325 degree oven about 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Sprinkle with parsley.

  • Is the pork cut into small, serving sized portions or is it a large chunk of meat? The answer to that question is going to affect how long you need to bake the meat. A large roast or chunk of pork tenderloin will take 1.5-2 hours in a 325 degree or 350 degree oven. It’s best to cook meat low and slow in order for the final product to be juicy and tender. If the tenderloin is cut into small pieces, you should be safe baking it for 45 minutes-1 hour at the same temperature. It’s always a good idea to cover the baking dish or pan to keep the heat in and allow the meat to cook efficiently. It also prevents the final product from being dry or overcooked.

Nonstick cooking spray is great for preventing anything from sticking during the baking process. If you don’t have any of the spray available, try a little olive oil or vegetable oil. As a last resort, you can use a little bit of melted butter. You have to be wary that the butter doesn’t burn fast. You also don’t want to use too much and ruin the flavor of your meat.

  • rub a little oil on it 350 no
    you welcome

  • Disregard the above answers – they are for pork loins, not tenderloins. I like to sear mine in oil in a frying pan first. They cook too quickly in the oven to brown, otherwise. You can just throw the frying pan in the oven (if it’s oven-safe) at 375 for maybe 20-25 minutes. Don’t go over 145 with a meat thermometer.
