i have been looking for one of these but i don’t know what it’s called:
*it’s a half-jacket (comes down to the chest)
*long sleeved (it’s to wear with sleeveless dresses)
*it ties at the chest area
what is it called? i honestly have no idea, thank you for the help! =)

it is a dressy jacket, not a real jacket jacket. it’s usually black but can come in any color.
