Question about raising temperature on enzyme?

When you raise a temperature in a reaction that involves an enzyme, are you making the substrate move faster, the enzyme move faster or both?

PS: I know that the # of successful collisions increases, but is this caused by an increase in movement in the enzyme, substrate or both?
