Question to anyone who has experienced sleep paralysis?

You all know sleep paralysys, right? you dream and hallucinate, sometimes you hear sounds and you can’t move your body, but you can open your eyes and see your real room, am I right?

So, my question is… when you were in sleep paralysis and you opened your eyes, have you ever seen a real person (dad, mom, brother, sister, etc…) that happened to be in the room you were sleeping in for whatever he/she was doing in there at that time?

(Because I’ve never had anybody interrupt me everytime I had a sleep paralysis experience)

  • Yes, I have had vivid dreams while awake in paralysis that proved to me it was a dream and not an event, because another version of the person (which was real) would actually be walking around. And, the curious thing about this is the sleep image had an awareness that this happened, and was shocked and startled. And when the two met up, the antipart was innulated. This proved to me that sleep paralysis is actually a haunting. It is the anti matter that you can interpret while asleep. Once the event had occurred, I noticed that the real person had a drastic change in personality. The anti particle seemed to assume the personality of the real person. And, the reaction did not abate permanently. However, after I informed the person of what had happened, they were able to control the overall negative personality traits, but eating disorders and disorders involving thyroid gland malfunction were the end result.

I haven’t had any other incidents of sleep paralysis following having this happen to all the people that were around me while I slept. This happened in a house that had all types of hauntings because a serial killer lived in the property for about 3 years. This was the most haunted apartments that I had seen.

  • People experiencing sleep paralysis can sometimes be aware of a person who is really present, but they can also dream that someone is present.

People with sleep paralysis often report a sense of presence. They feel like someone is there. This has to do with the way the brain works.

  • No, I have never seen anyone when that has happened to me. I experience it in an Inception type way – layers. I feel paralyzed and yet aware but I think I am awake and try to move but I cannot. I try to will it but it just won’t happen then the next thing I realize is that I must still be asleep then it repeats several times. It is IMMENSELY frustrating and frightening but fortunately it is rare for me. It always feels like I am climbing up out of a thick liquid; like each layer is a rung on a long ladder I have to climb to awaken. It happened more when my children were younger and I was fatigued and stressed out frequently.
