Should I even bother?

I have been wanting to lose weight. Badly. But I lack motivation. Even if I look at pictures of girls that are really toned and skinny, I say “I wish I looked like her” and then move on. It doesn’t make me wanna exercise anymore than I already did. When I start exercising and eating right, I do it for like a few days and just stop. I’m so LAZY. I wanted to lose weight before summer, but it doesn’t look like it’ll happen and I have too much going on in the summer to do it then. I was thinking I’d burn 400 calories a day and eat normally and hopefully lose a bunch before summer. But will it even work? Should I even bother? If I’m getting off my a-s-s and doing this, will it even be worth it in the end? Will I be able to lose that weight in such a small time? I need more motivation. And if you think I don’t have enough time, I’ll just try to do it after this summer’s over. But what do you think?

    i had the same problem but me and my friend both told each other that we would work out together i would take along a friend for motivation and try eating things like fruit or trail mix and if you want something sweet try adding a little m&m to the trail mix or peanut butter to the fruit hope it helps
