there’s a guy i like who has the same open hour as me. i don’t know him at all, because he’s two grades younger, but i think he’s really cool and he reads all the books i like and he wears shirts with bands i like and i just want to get to know him.
im nervous about talking to him because i’m at the bottom of the “social ladder” and i have no self confidence. so it’s hard. to be honest he doesn’t seem too “out of my league” though.
the other day my friend and i wrote him a note saying that i like his band shirts and we handed it to him and then we left before he could react to even being given the note. that might have been a bit dumb of us to do but i needed to get his attention somehow.
but today he didn’t say anything about the note at all (not that i really expected him to, because he doesn’t know me at all) but what should i do now? do i say something to him? i’m really shy and i’ve never attempted to talk to a guy (or even make a friend) before.
