Shouler impingement affecting football strength?

Okay So I currently have an impingement in both of my rotator cuffs. Because of this I can’t heavy things over head because it will cause the impingements to flare up. I also play football, defensive end. Because I can’t lift overhead this means I can’t bench press. Are there any other good weight lifting routines that can compare to the results of bench pressing without having to lift overhead?

If it at all helps:

Height: 6’0

Weight: 158lbs

40 yard dash: 4.9

Update:

I fail to see how a 4.9 40 yard dash is not heard of for high school varsity gus, our running back last year was as fast if not faster than that, and I know for sure our outside linebacker is faster than that. You’re just one of the idiots here that likes to assume they know everything.

Also, our head(and only) coach currently has a job that takes most of his time elsewhere before our season starts. We’re not a big wealthy school that has multiple coaches dedicated daily to our program.

Update 2:

Lol we have one varsity coach. We haven’t even begun mandatory practice so i’m sure we’ll find an assistant coach. But in the mean team our head coach is only able to show up on wednsday until august. Until then us varsity players organize our practice What am I gaining by “lying”? I’m pretty sure I know the team and school I play for better than you. Pull your head out of your ***
