The liveries, in my opinion, have been quite bland for the last few years, with the exception of very few. What are your top 3 liveries of the past 30 years. My vote goes to:

1) ’85 John Player Special Lotus

2) ’90 Marlboro McLaren

3) ’91 7up Jordan

  • I agree that the cars have all been a bit same-y in recent years. I’d also put the classic JPS Lotus colours in my top 3, along with the crisp blue and white Brabham colours of the 1980s and I also liked the 1994 Sauber, black with little white spots!

  • My vote goes to: Marlboro McLaren livery, the first Mildeseven Benetton livery (season 1994) and if little teams are allowed MTV Simtek livery.

  • 1) Renault Mild Seven (22-26). I miss the blue and yellow colors

    2) The current Red Bull livery. It looks so high-tech

    3) 2011 HRT F1 team livery. It looks race appropriate
