She did it shortly after he told her that he loved her and needed her as his bride, I don’t really understand it either but I’m assuming his ‘charm’ compelled her to an extent and she obviously is sexually attracted to him or she wouldn’t consider being his bride, period. As for drinking his blood, well humans get high from vampire blood, she must of wanted to get high while getting busy with him to make everything more exciting?
