US under nuclear attack?

If North korea launches their Nuclear bombs which cities u think would be their prime targets? Alo do u think that US forces etc can stop.or shoot down a nuclear misile? Im asking this because North korea threatened Us of nuclear attack

  • N. Korea has been threatening to attack the US ever since the end of the Korean War over 50 years ago.

    N. Korea has no nuclear bombs, let alone a missile capable of carrying one as far as the US. Besides they would more likely attack S. Korea or Japan before the US.

    Also, any sort of attack – nuclear or not – attempted by N. Korea would be signing their own death warrant. N. Korea has no allies. No, not even China. Its military is uses old equipment and is only loyal to the government because they feed them. If N. Korea declares war, I’m pretty sure most battles will be won by the united S. Korean and US forces handing out bowls of bi-bim-bap (a popular Korean dish of rice, vegetables, beef and chili-sauce.)

  • The last time they had a missile test it went a mile into the air and fizzed out. Besides there are US military bases in South Korea, which have been there since the end of the Korean War. If they were to launch an attack hypothetically, it would be taken out before it even left the ground by the US across the border or one of our subs that’s in that area.

  • Nuclear war is a no win situation for both sides, so it’s very unlikely unless there’s a nut-case at the helm. The USA can shoot down in- coming missiles and counter the instigating nation with a barrage of missiles equiped with nuclear or conventional war heads.

  • Nuclear war is unlikely because no side can win, this is largely due to the nuclear sub’s we and other have. Neither N. Korea or Iran has ever threatened us with such an attack.
