Those who know use bit Macs for this.
As much as I hate Macs, I have to recommend it this time.
But out of these I’d pick the first one. Faster processor, more RAM.
A more powerful graphics card would be more useful with high end games.
I don’t know about Adobe Premiere but I use Sony Vegas Pro for all my video editing and I have the following specs Windows Professional Gb RAM TB HDDs Gb Video RAM Intel Quad Core Q GHz CPU
Well for video editing go for the cheapest, and which has better RAM and CPU, you won’t need a gaming graphics card for that.
Well for vide editing the best thing is CPU and RAM
